Our mandate is to identify high-potential asset classes and provide the long-term capital and strategic governance required to drive generational value. Our foundational roots lie in hospitality. In 2012, our operating partner, Coastal Hospitality Group (CHG), launched with the acquisition of a single boutique hotel in San Clemente, California. Over the next decade, the CHG team executed a disciplined growth strategy, successfully acquiring and repositioning 13 additional properties. Building on the proven investment thesis of those early hospitality wins, Coastal Companies was established to deploy capital into new verticals. Today, we sponsor distinct platforms in real estate development, private equity, and marine logistics. While each portfolio company operates independently, they share a common DNA: a commitment to operational excellence and a relentless focus on stakeholder value.
